Spaghetti and Meatballs

I'm gonna be honest...this was an easy, kinda cheater meal for me. After a long busy week, and before a long busy weekend, I just needed a meal that was easy and filling.

Ingredients:
-Spaghetti
-Tomato pasta sauce (I used a can, you can use a jar, make homemade, whatever)
-Ground beef
-Egg
-Bread crumbs, with Italian seasoning, or the Italian style bread crumbs

Directions:
Mix the ground beef, one egg, and a handful of breadcrumbs (about 1/4 cup). Roll into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and cook. You can either cook them in a skillet, or bake them in an oven. In the skillet, over medium/medium high heat, cook the meatballs, rotating to keep one side from burning while the other remains raw. You'll basically be turning over the meatballs several times. In the oven, line the meat balls up on a greased baking sheet with a lip. Bake at 350 until cooked through, probably about 30 minutes for small meatballs like this. You'll also want to turn them over at least once during cooking so they cook evenly and get some good color on more than one side. While the meatballs are cooking, boil a large pot of water, then add your spaghetti. Cook until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, heat up the pasta sauce, and add the meat balls. Serve the spaghetti with some of the sauce and meatballs. It's also great to have a salad and bread of some sort. Enjoy!
